On December 8, 2017, Green Environment Foundation launched her first awareness program on environmental protection and sustainability at the St. Dominic high School and C.H Dewey public high in Tubmanburg Bomi County, as part of our efforts to ensure that every Liberian, especially students ( whom we all term as future leaders) are aware of the environment and motivated to take action to preserve it. We are not only going to educate them about environmental conservation, are  going to empower them to take concrete actions to protect and sustain their environment.. World Environment Day Commemoration

As stewards of the environment, Green Environment Foundation (GEF) believes it's necessary to inform the public about the importance of the World Environment Day (WED) which is celebrated every year around the globe by people who believe in sustaining the beauty of nature. To put it in another way, GEF organized a day long event in commemoration of the World Environment Day With Students of the Senji Public High School in Senji Town, Grand Cape Mount County.... we had an imp ressive turnout as the students were excited and very interested in knowing the aim for which WED is celebrated and the role everyone needs to play in conserving the environment.  We extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to your friends and families members who helped in making our event a success..
