Eco Generation Lauched

On December 8, 2017, Green Environment Foundation launched her first awareness program on environmental protection and sustainability at the St. Dominic high School and C.H Dewey public high in Tubmanburg Bomi County, as part of our efforts to ensure that every Liberian, especially students ( whom we all term as future leaders) are aware of the environment and motivated to take action to preserve it.
We are not only going to educate them about environmental conservation, are going to empower them to take concrete actions to protect and sustain their environment..

Eco-Generation is an initiative designed to with specific objective of training, educating and creating awareness among high school students to gain the knowledge and skills needed about environmental issues ranging from littering to waste management, deforestation to climate change, Global warming to natural resource depletion, flooding to pollution and others and provide practical ways to tackle these global issues locally.

These youth will serve as green ambassadors in their communities to ensure their surroundings are clean by creating awareness and clean-up activities along with residents of their communities.
